Terms of Service

The rules of the world

Version 1.0. Keep it fair, keep it safe, keep it fun.

1. What this is

Project Freaky is a private game project with its own authentication, profiles, sessions and game world, run on infrastructure the team controls. By creating an account, using the website, using the launcher or connecting to the game you accept these terms in full.

2. Not affiliated

Project Freaky is a fan made private project. It is not made by, owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Epic Games, Inc. in any way. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc. We do not sell, distribute or license the game, its files or its assets, and we claim no ownership of any Epic Games trademark. You need your own legitimate copy of the game to play.

3. Accounts

  • One account per person. Creating multiple accounts or trading, selling or sharing accounts is not allowed.
  • You are responsible for your account at all times. We do not recover accounts lost to sharing your codes or password.
  • New devices and suspicious sign ins are verified with a backup code. Once a browser is remembered, sign in needs only your password. Save your codes. Each code works once.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account.
  • You must give a valid email you control. Founder status is tied to the email on record.

4. Fair play

  • No third party modified clients, cheats, trainers, drivers of any kind or packet editing against the services.
  • No exploiting bugs you find. Report them to the founders instead and it counts in your favor.
  • No attacks on the services: no spam attempts, no credential guessing, no automated abuse of the sign in or registration flows.
  • Be decent in chat and parties. Harassment, hate speech and threats are removed.

5. Security systems and bans

Our systems watch sign in attempts automatically. Guessing credentials or backup codes from any network address leads to that address being blocked, with repeats escalating from minutes to longer and up to permanent for the worst repeats. Deliberate attack attempts can also end your existing account. Founder accounts may lift these blocks at their own judgment, and their decision is final.

The game and the launcher are watched by our anti cheat. It reports loaded modules and their hashes, loaded drivers, debugger use and hardware identifiers from the launcher, and gameplay statistics from matches. Confirmed cheating ends the account permanently, revokes every session on it and blocks the network address with escalation on repeats. Bans follow the person, and dodging a ban with another account makes it worse.

6. Availability and changes

The services run on our own servers and are provided as they are. Restarts, downtime, world resets, rule changes and balance changes can happen without warning. Nothing here is warranted to be uninterrupted, complete or good for any specific purpose.

7. Your data

We store the minimum needed to run the project: your email, your display name, a scrambled password hash we cannot reverse, session records and security logs of sign in attempts including the network address. We sell nothing, we run no ad networks and we track nothing for anyone else. Details live on the Privacy page.

8. Ending things

You can delete your account from your profile page whenever you want. Deleting disables sign in forever; your email stays reserved so nobody else can take it over and impersonate you. We can also remove access, with or without warning, for breaking these terms, attacking the services or sitting on multiple accounts.

9. Cost

Project Freaky is free to play. No purchases, no store, no keys sold. If anyone sells you Project Freaky access, that person is scamming you, report it.
